For less than the cost of a personal trainer in your local gym you can become an online coaching client.
Online Coaching is for you, IF:
- You are NOT a complete beginner at strength training.
- You’re tired of the same boring gym experience.
- Want to STOP feeling weak, unconfident, or depressed about how you look naked.
- Have access to dumbbells and/or barbells (whether it’s in a gym or at home).
- Have no current injuries or any other medical conditions.
- Have the commitment and dedication to get better week in and week out.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
It means that after an extensive assessment, which will help both you and I ascertain exactly what your needs, goals, and dreams are, we will then make a game plan: to help you achieve those goals, while fitting in with your lifestyle, and making those dreams come true. (To clarify, I am not going to help you get back at your ex. I more along the lines meant that I’ll help you to transform into the physique that you desire… which kinda helps you get back at your ex anyways😂)

- Time Efficient – If you have worked with a trainer before in person, you may find that you can not always get the best time for you. You are a slave to their schedule. Now you can have your own trainer and work out when it best fits your schedule, early morning, lunch time, evenings, or holidays.

Each meal is YOUR meal. Ever have that moment of panic where you don’t know what to eat? You know you should be eating something healthy and physique friendly, but you’re not sure exactly how to make that happen at each meal. No longer. Instead of just handing you an example diet to follow, I will also educate you on how to make food choices, how to incorporate flexible dieting, and how to deal in those emergency situations where life gets in the way of your diet.
You still get to live YOUR life. There’s no point having the body you’ve always dreamed of if you don’t get to go out and have fun! I’ll teach you how to go out to parties, holidays, dates and social events without having to stress and worry you’ll blow out your diet. (Yes you can have your cake and eat it too🎂)
Everything (Training programs & sample nutrition plans) is on an app on available on your phone! 📱 Each month, you’ll be given a training program based on our assessment, and the previous months progress. Your meal plans will change depending on where you are relative to your goals. With constant E-mail support, I’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments and speed your progress along.
