What is online coaching?

Online training is a location independent and more affordable way to get the professional services of a fitness professional, designed for busy people who value their time.

What does transformation coaching entail?

Transformation coaching includes:

  • Structured nutritional and supplementation guidance to help you optimize your physique
  • Expert coaching to give you feedback, make adjustments and to help keep you accountable

Who is Physique Transformation coaching for?

Transformation Coaching is for men and women with busy lives who want personal accountability, a structured nutrition and/or training program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track.

The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating and exercise habits and actually implement it into your day-to-day life.

We won’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, we will help educate you to build the habits needed to get results that last for the rest of your life. Whether you are a figure or fitness model, professional bodybuilder, high level athlete, a student or a business man or woman with a busy schedule we can guide you get to your ideal physique.

Beginner or experienced, whether you’ve never trained or tried to follow a nutrition plan before, or if you’ve had years of experience, everything is tailored for your level.

Will Physique Transformation coaching work for me?

If you follow our recommendations and stick with us for the full program, then yes, you will get results.

What will I learn with Physique Transformation coaching?

How to implement “flexible dieting”.

Basics of nutrition; calories, macronutrients, micronutrients & meal timing.

How to implement your unique periodized training regimen.

Proper technique with instructional videos.

How to implement targeted proven supplementation to support your needs.

Do you give me a meal plan?

I provide an example meal plan, but from experience I’ve found that, meal plans and diets aren’t really that useful or sustainable. People feel like they’re either “on” them or “off” them. They feel like they’ve failed and are beyond hope if they’re not eating perfectly at every meal.

I prefer to take a different approach by incorporating “flexible dieting” I help you understand nutrition, calories and macronutrients so that you get results for the rest of your life. I will show you what foods to eat, when to eat them and how to make your diet suit your unique lifestyle, tastes and requirements.

Are the programs generic or customised?

These programs are individually tailored to suit your goals, they are specific instructions for you to help you reach your goals. The meal plans are specific examples for you, but as you will be educated about flexible dieting as well you will learn how to further personalize and have more options as well.

How many weeks does the Physique Transformation program run for?

It runs for a minimum of 12 weeks and can be continued on as well afterwards

Once purchased, how long will it take for me to receive my programs?

As the programs are personalized to you they will take up to 72 hours to complete

Is your program available world wide?

Yes all programs are available worldwide

I have dietary requirements, will your meals plans cater for this?

Yes meal plans can be made for vegetarians, vegans, lactose free, gluten free etc.

Do I get tutorials on how to perform each exercise?

Yes all programs come with access to an app that has video tutorials on how to complete all exercises. The app also tracks progress photos, weights used in training, and links to myfitnesspal to keep a track of your nutrition as well


Are these programs designed for men or women?

These programs are customized to YOU specifically, whether you are male or female.

Do I need a gym membership?

A gym membership would make the whole process much easier as you would have access to a wide variety of fitness equipment, but programs can be tailor made for home workout although you will still need to buy some equipment

How long will it take to start seeing results?

This is highly individual as everyone responds differently but in general results will be seen within the first few weeks.

How often do you update the programs?

In general the programs are updated every 4 weeks
